Return and Refund Policy

At R.G.S TRADERS ,we strive to provide high-quality rice to our customers. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we only accept returns in the following cases:

• The product received is damaged or defective.
• The product delivered is incorrect or different from the order placed.

To request a return, please follow these steps:

• Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product at tradersrgs@gmail.com / +91-9500715894.
• Provide clear photos of the defective or incorrect product along with your order details.
• Once we verify the issue, we will arrange for a return pickup or request you to send the product back.

Note: The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the invoice.

Refunds

Refunds are processed in the following situations:

• If a returned product is approved after inspection.
• If the order is canceled before shipment.
• If the product is unavailable or out of stock.

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Cancellation policy

• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement if they have not been dispatched.
• To cancel an order, contact us immediately with your order details.

Exchange policy
